The six independent welding teeth evenly spread ultrasonic vibration energy and create six solid fusion points in a single welding stroke. Driven by high-frequency molecular vibration, the molten PP material penetrates deep into the woven fabric and forms tight interlocking bonds with internal fibers, instead of only creating superficial surface adhesion.
