Our textured spot ultrasonic welding head features an 8mm working end with dense anti-slip textured pattern. The special surface texture increases friction during ultrasonic vibration, effectively concentrating energy at the welding contact point. It achieves firm spot bonding between sound insulation cotton and base materials, avoiding material sliding while preventing excessive melting and perforation.
